# Liquidity Farming

Liquidity farming is a way of earning rewards by depositing liquidity like ADA or $MIRA into a pool with other users. In sum, the distribution of $MIRA token rewards on the Minswap DEX promotes users who provide liquidity on this DEX by staking their Liquidity Provider Tokens (LPTs).
