It tells the story of a world submerged in a planetary crisis, cleaved by a disruptive episode of unparalleled environmental decline. Starting seventy-three years ago in what is presently known as the **Rain Catastrophe**, a series of consecutive superstorms and acid rainfall destroyed all that lay in its path. Within a year, many of Tyrrha’s capitals were reduced to ashes, robbing human, orc and elven societies of their homes and habitat. In this chaos, power shifted like sand in a storm.
In the north, an ambitious industrialist-turned-tyrant, Fernan **Duxa** I, declared himself Emperor of Calinthia, promising order in times of turmoil. To some, a ruthless oppressor; to others, a saviour, ushering in an era of human dominance on Tyrrha. Among the orcs, the legendary warlord T’ebor the Toothless was hailed as the autarch capable of ensuring a future for the **Urthnaki** clans. The orcs, hardest hit by the planet’s oxygen-depleted atmosphere, pinned their hopes on T’ebor’s resourceful and often unorthodox leadership. For the **Elvae** of Calatria, the new ecological reality unexpectedly gave them a unique position in the political hierarchy. Protected by their advanced hydrodome system, they weathered the Rain unscathed, emerging with an invaluable advantage—the largest reserves of food on the planet, a commodity more precious than gold in the desolate aftermath. However, in the aftermath of Tyrrha's collapse, the Hadaki people became the centre of attention.
